It's a relaxed 30-minute video call with our Director of Coaching, Andrew Simmonds. We'll walk through the Toolbox, show you the parts most relevant to your coaching business, and answer your questions. There's no obligation to sign up afterwards.
Plans start at £59/month for a single coach, £99/month for 2–3 coaches (Head Pro) and £129/month for unlimited coaches (Academy). All prices include VAT. Each plan is a 12-month licence paid monthly by card over the 12 months.
The Toolbox is a 12-month licence, so you're committing to the year when you sign up, this is what lets us include setup, onboarding and ongoing support. After a year the licence auto-renews and you can cancel with one-months notice.
The Orbis Toolbox is the full coaching system; certification, business tools, resources, the coach community and the GLF.Connect app. GLF.Connect on its own adds scheduling and online payments. We also offer a combined GLF.Connect + Toolbox bundle. Schedule a demo call to find out more.

No — the Toolbox supports both junior and adult programmes, with Level 1 certified modules included for the Junior Golf Academy and the Adult Golf Academy, plus a structured curriculum and class plans for each.
The GLF.Connect app is available on both iOS and Android, so you and your students can use it on phone or tablet. The wider Toolbox is web-based and works in any browser.
The Junior and Adult Golf Academy modules are Level 1 Certified, and can be used towards your PGA CPD accreditation.
